Hey park, Cool, you have entered the blogger realm. To add friends you go to customize in the top right corner of your blog page. It will take you to a page that says "add and arrange page elements" the bottom box should be friends, or something to that effect. Click edit, then in th http:// box enter the address of your friends blog page! I think you can figure it out. If you need more help, let me know. I will add you as a friend right now! love and lemonade
